Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga
Join us at the pool for some Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga this September, every Tuesday and Thursday.
Our talented instructor, Stacy, will lead you through gentle beginner-level yoga poses focusing on balance and flexibility.
Participants of all fitness and swim levels are invited as this class will be done in the shallow area of the pool. Please wear attire such as yoga pants, rash guard, spring suit, or shorts. Swimsuits are not recommended.
Our paddle boards are specially designed for yoga and are available on a first-come-first-served basis with limited availability.
