Group Fitness: Cardio Hip Hop

This new class combines hip hop choreography and technical training in a fun environment for all levels. Perfect for those looking for a dance-based cardio and body weight workout. Starting in February, these classes will be $3 (free for Active Duty Military) and held on Tuesday and Thursday at Ranger Gym.
