Group Fitness Classes
LES MILLS BODYPUMP™
A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit-fast. Using light to moderate weights with tons of repetition BODYPUMP will give you a total body workout burning up to 540 calories! Instructors coach you through moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.
LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™
A high energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories! No experience needed.
The dance-based aerobics program exploded in popularity in the early 2000’s. Zumba makes use of up tempo Latin music styles to create an enjoyable and productive cardio workout. No previous experience necessary.
The art of the controlled movement. This practice improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts an emphasis on alignment, breathing, development of core muscles, and improving coordination and balance. This class is for all levels.
This all-levels class teaches the classic yoga postures through a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. Highly therapeutic, this technique helps to refine your poses while it trains the mind to remain alert, focused, and composed.
Recognized as one of the best low impact workouts available, our state of the art spinners can be perfectly adjusted to suit your fitness level. Our class will familiarize you with the techniques of spinning while providing a fun and exhilarating group exercise experience. This class is for all levels.
CARDIO HIP HOP
This class combines hip hop choreography and technical training in a fun environment for all levels. Perfect for those looking for a dance-based cardio and bodyweight workout.
This class consists of low impact body strength and conditioning in the water using steps and weights; along with high intensity and circuit training techniques. All swimming levels are welcome.
Aiki-Jujutsu emphasizes throwing techniques and joint manipulations to effectively subdue or injure an attacker; striking to the vital areas and to set up joint locking or throwing tactics. $30 per month.

A modern Japanese martial art and Olympic sport that teaches throws, grappling and striking. FREE.
- Thu: 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Kids) | 7:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. (Adults)
